 M3D® is a maskless, low-temperature material deposition technology that
enables a reduction in the overall size of electronic systems by
producing ultra-thin, fine-feature circuitry and microelectronics
components. Optomec’s M3D systems allow users to leverage nanomaterials to manufacture smaller traces, interconnects, embedded passives, sensors and other devices on rigid and flexible substrates.
